Calendar (Create - Event): The Current time should be displayed on the event time picker, it's always shows 12 AM to 12.30 AM

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to the Calendar module
3.Click on + or Create Event button
4.Create an event for Event, Remainder and Health Remainder
5.Enter the Event title
6.Select the date and time
7.the time picker always shows the default time

Expected: The Current time should be displayed on the event time picker,
