openInquiry : Incorrect Navigation on Cancel

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to Need Counsel.
- Navigate to the Inquiry section from the left menu.
- Select any inquiry, click on Action, then choose Download Details.
- Click on the Cancel button.
Expected Behavior:
The system should redirect back to the Inquiry page.
Actual Behavior:
The system navigates to the Leads page instead.
Note:
This issue also occurs when selecting a checkbox, clicking Review Details, and then clicking Cancel.
