Leads (View): The search bar is not working properly. When entering text, it loads after each letter is typed.

Description
Steps:-
1.Login with Leads
2.Go to the Leads Module
3.Enter any one of the leads Name,Email,Status on the search bar
4.When enter text into the search bar, it's get loading for each keystorke

- Assignee changed from Soundarya Vembaiyan to Vengadeshwaran R
Search bar currently filters results only by Name and Email columns. It does not include other columns [Status, Area of specilization and type]
Search bar should allow searching across all columns in the dataset.
When searching using the full name, the relevant records are not displayed in the results below.

Searching is currently available only for Name and Email from the API side.
