Steps to Reproduce:

• Log in to Lauditor web with a Group Head account.
• Navigate to the Groups > View Groups page.
• Observe the available options under the Actions column.
• Navigate to the Team Member > View Team Member page.
• Observe the available permissions and actions.

Expected Result:

In Groups Module:

• Only View Group Tab only should appear.

Allowed:

• "Edit Group info" ,"Delete Group","Group Activity log"

Not Allowed (should not be visible):

• "Update Group Member List"
• "Update Group Head"

In Team Member Module:

• Only View Member Tab only should appear.
• Under action , All menu should be visible.

Additional Notes:

• This bug applies only to the Group Head role.
• Refer to the Web Lauditor implementation for the correct expected behavior.
