Description: The "Actions" menu remains open when selecting another document's action menu or interacting with other fields.

• Login to VitaGist.
• Click on Documents at the bottom.
• Select any category.
• In the document list, click the Actions menu for any document.
• Click the Actions menu for another document.

Expected Result:
The previously opened "Actions" menu should automatically close when another one is opened or when clicking elsewhere.

Actual Result:
The previous "Actions" menu remains open.

Notes:
Applies to all document categories.

Note : Applies for all action menu.
