Care Plan : The saved nutrition entries should be displayed in the Care Plan section but it's not appear.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to VitaGist.
  • Navigate to Health (bottom navigation).
  • Go to Care Plan.
  • Click on the Edit button next to Nutrition Plan.
  • Fill in all the required details and click Save.

Expected Result:
The saved nutrition entries should be displayed in the Care Plan section.

Actual Result:
The entries do not appear after saving.
