Login the VitaGist
Click on Health Module
Click on Medical Condition
Select Condition Name
Tap the calendar icon in year of diagnosis field
Remove or clear the date
Issue Observed: year of diagnosis is being captured.
Expectation: when the user clears the date, the year of diagnosis should not be captured.
Note: Applies when editing the medical condition also
