Steps to Reproduce:

• Login to the Leads application.
• Click on the Leads module from the left-side navigation.
• Click the Add (+) button and select Add New Lead.
• Navigate to either the Entity or Lawyer tab.
• In the Area of Specialization field, select "Others" and enter custom text.
• Click the Save button.
• Navigate back to the Leads list screen.

Expected Result:
The custom text chosen for "Others" in the Area of Specialization field should be displayed in the Leads list view.

Actual Result:
The Area of Specialization field is blank in the Leads list, even though the user entered custom chosen when selecting "Others".

Notes:
This issue occurs in both Add and Edit scenarios.
Affects both Entity and Lawyer tabs.
