Steps to Reproduce:

• Login to the Leads application.
• Click on the Leads module from the left-side navigation panel.
• Click the Add (+) button and select Add New Lead.
• Navigate to either the Entity or Lawyer tab.
• Leave the "Area of Specialization" field (marked as mandatory) unselected.
• Click the Save button.

Expected Result:
A validation error message should appear indicating that the Area of Specialization is required.

Actual Result:
No error message is shown.

Notes:
This issue occurs in both Add and Edit scenarios.
Affects both Entity and Lawyer tabs.
