Steps to Reproduce:

• Login to the Leads application.
• Navigate to the Leads module using the left-side navigation.
• Click on the Add (+) button.
• Select Add New Lead.
• Click on either the Entity or Lawyer tab.
• Leave all mandatory fields empty.
• Click the Save button.

Expected Result:
A valid and clear error message should appear indicating which mandatory fields are missing.

Notes:
This issue occurs in both Add and Edit scenarios.
Affects both Entity and Lawyer tabs.
