Leads [CSV Upload - Entity]: Firm Name Field is Empty in the list of leads module When "entity" Has Lowercase First Letter in Category Field in csv file.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to the application.
  • Navigate to the Leads module from the left-hand menu.
  • Click on Upload File.
  • Click Browse, select the "Entity" CSV file, and click Import.
  • In the CSV file, the Category field contains "entity" (with a lowercase "e").
  • After the upload completes, check the Firm Name field in the lead record.

Expected Behavior:
The Firm Name should be displayed correctly, regardless of whether "entity" is written in uppercase or lowercase in the Category field.

Additionally , When the view or edit the entity recently uploaded. The firm name field is blank but the added text should appear.
