Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to the Health module.
3.Click on Care plan
4.Add one Nutrition entry and save it
5.There is no edit option for each entry's
6.The edit option should be implemented as per design for all entry's.
Please refer the Attachment.
