Care Plan (Add Goals): When text is entered into the Description field, the alignment of the heading and close button changes automatically. This behavior should be restricted.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Click on Health Module
3.Click on Care plan
4.Click on add Goals
5.Enter the text into the Description fields.
6.While typed the text
7.The Heading and Close icon alignments are changed.
