Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to Vitagist.
- Click on the Health module at the bottom of the tab.
- Click the + button and select Add Insurance.
- Navigate to List of Insurance page
The Insurance list page should include an 'Add' button and the FAB expansion should be triggered only after it is clicked."
Note: This issue is applicable for List of Medication, Immunization, Family History, Allerge and Medical Condition pages.
