Description
Stpes to reproduce
Login the new VitaGist app
Click on Health module
Click on Health Log [Make sure that few medications or family history or immunizations are already added with that account]
Actual : Health log does not show the details
Expectation : The Health Log should display all relevant information accurately and should not appear blank.

The new VitaGist Health Log should maintain the same behavior as the previous version, where all details were captured whenever a record was added or updated. But currently few details are not captured properly, additionally wrong time captured.

Based on the new design and loaded the record from api.
