openMatter Creations (Legal): If two opponent lawyers are added consecutively, navigating to the Client page and then returning to the Matter Info page results in an empty opponent entry being created.

Description
If the first entry is deleted and the Save button is clicked, a new empty opponent entry is added again. This behavior should be restricted
Steps:-
1.Login with Laudtior
2.Go to the Matter module
3.Click on legal matter
4.Select the create matter
5.Enter all mandatory fields
6.Add two opponent lawyer consecutively
7.Save it and navigate to the client selection page
8.Returning to the Matter info page
9.There is additional Opponent empty details are added automatically
10.Try to delete the second one the third empty one is moved to second place
11.Click on save button
12.It's navigate to the next page

Expected: The opponent lawyer should be added according to user requirements, and duplication must be restricted.
