Setting - Country Affiliation - Mobile Number and Work Number - No Proper alert is displayed if user adds more or less than 10 digits

Description

1. Login to VitaGist
2. Click on profile
3. Click on Country affiliation
4. Click on edit details on any country added
5. In Mobile/work umber place, add more or less than 10 digits
No alert is shown. Screen is frozen

Not working! No alerts are displayed for work number when it is less than 10 digits. Sometime it wont work for mobile number

"Mobile Number" - 10 digits validations is happening in "Mobile number" field, User not allowed to add 13 digits or "+" in this field. If less then 10 digits are entered, It shows alert saying "Enter Valid mobile number(10 to 13 digits, optional + at start)"
Not working in "Work Number" and "Alternate Number"

Mentioned issue is fixed, but the Number validation should be implemented with Work Number and Alternate Number as well. please refer the Attachment.

The mentioned issue is fixed, if the Entered Phone, Work or Alternate numbers is invalid. an warning text should appear as per iOS.
