Settings - Country Affiliation - When a secondary country affiliation is deleted, the subsequent affiliations should shift up to maintain sequence (e.g., third becomes second, fourth becomes third), but this is not happening

Description

1. Login to VitaGist
2. Click on Profile Icon
3. Click on Country affiliation
4. Remove 2nd or 3rd Country
The subsequent affiliation are not shifting to maintain the sequence .
If the second country is removed, the 3rd country remains as 3rd country, If any new country is added after the removal of 2nd country, That country will be added as 2nd country
