View Matter [Legal/General]: Created and existing matters are not appearing in the View Matter list. [Team Member account only]

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to DGC using a TM account.
  • Navigate to the Matter module.
  • Select Legal/General Matters.
  • Click on the Create tab.
  • Successfully create and submit a new matter.
  • Go to the View page.

Issue:
The newly created matter, as well as existing matters, do not appear in the View Matter list.
They should be displayed but are currently missing.
