closedCalendar - Create: Notification Input Field Allows Empty or Negative Values

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to VitaGist.
- Click on Calendar.
- Choose recently created event and click on edit on the event.
- Remove the value in the Notification input field.
- Click Save.
Expected Behavior:
Negative values should not be allowed in the Notification input fields.
If the notification time is manually removed and left empty:
The system should assign default values:
Minutes → 10
Hours → 1
Days → 1
Weeks → 1
No alert or validation error should appear below the Notification time field.
Note : Applicable for Create as well.

When saving the event with empty notification input, Invalid error appears.
If the notification time is manually removed and left empty: [Please refer web Lauditor]
The system should assign default values:
Minutes → 10
Hours → 1
Days → 1
Weeks → 1
