Create/Edit Event: The country field should populate with the full list of countries, but it currently defaults to Indian Standard Time only.

Description

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Calendar module
3. Click on create

Country dropdown should display the complete list of countries for selection.

but it currently defaults to Indian Standard Time only.
