VitaGist - Web App (New) » Settings - New VitaGist

Steps to Reproduce:

• Log in to Vitagist.
• Click on Settings from the left-side menu.
• Click on Profile Information.
• Click on Edit Profile.

Issues Observed:

• The input box size is smaller than expected; it should be increased to match the design.
• Tooltip titles fields are missing.
• Fields are not displayed in the correct order as per the design specifications.
• The label "First Name" should be changed to "Full Name".
• The "Last Name" field should be removed.
• The DOB field format should be updated to "DD/MM/YYYY".
