1. Login to Vita Gist.
2. Click on Health.
3. Click on Care plan.
4. Click on exercise add button.
5. Distance field is 0.
6. Weight field is 0.
Change these fields into valid name-distance and weight(end user can't understand which one is distance field and which one is weight field.)
