Issue:
The Save button becomes unresponsive when attempting to add team members to a department. This issue occurs specifically during the update process.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in with a SU (Super User) or AAM (Account Admin Manager) account.
2. Click on Add Department.
3. Create a department without any members and click Submit.
4. Go to View Department, select the recently added department, and click Actions.
5. Click on Update Team Member List and add one or more team members.
6. Click the Save button.
7. Expected Result: Team members should be added and saved successfully.
8. Actual Result: The Save button does not respond.
