View Relationships - Update practice access - Save button remains enabled after the last practice is removed. There should be at least one practice in the selection list

Description:
In the "View Relationships > Update Practice Access" screen, the Save button should be disabled when the last practice name is removed, but it remains enabled.

1. Login the Legal Market Place
2. Click on relationships module
3. Click on View Relationships
4. Select any Lawyer
5. Click on Update Practice Access under action
6. Remove all practices

Save button remains enabled. Save button should be disabled when the last practice name is removed.
