Leads(View Relationships): When the mouse focuses on the search bar in the 'View Relationship' section, the entire content should be highlighted. Currently, it is only partially highlighted.

Steps:-
1.Login with Leads
2.Go to the Relationship module
3.Click on View relationship tab
4.Click on the search bar
5.Entire search bar should be highlighted.
6.Currently, it is only partially highlighted.
