Leads [LMP] : Document [Upload] – "Remove" Button Not Visible in Firefox Browser.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Need Counsel.
2. Click on the Document tab on the left sidebar.
3. Go to the Upload tab.

Observed Behavior in Firefox:
  • After selecting a Practice, the "Remove" button for the selected practice is missing.
  • After browsing and selecting a document for upload, the "Remove" button is not displayed.
  • After selecting a document for Add Tags, the "Remove" button is also missing.

Expected Behavior:
The "Remove" button should be consistently visible and functional across all steps and browsers, including Firefox.
