Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Vitagist
2. Navigate to the Connections module.

3. Ensure that no connections are established in the Personal

4. Observe the presence of the (+) button.

Expected Result:
The (+) button should not be displayed when there are no established connections. It should only appear once at least one connection is present in one of the categories.
