Documents (Upload): No hint text needed for Document ID and Expiration fields

Steps:-
------
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to Documents module
3.Click on Add Documents button
4.Select the Categories as any one of the category
5.Click on the Browse button
6.Choose the document from phone documents
7.Click on next button
8.There Document id and expiration fields has the hint text
9.Thosefields hint text should be remove as per design.
