Documents (Upload):- When trying to upload the health document through the camera, fill in the details and click the save button, the application will crash.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to Documents module
3.Click on Add Documents button
4.Select the Categories as any one of the category except identity
5.Click on Browse icon
6.Select the type as Camera
7.Take a snapshot throught camera
8.Click on use photo
9.Enter all the Mandatory details
10.Click on Save button The application will crash.

Expected: The user is able to upload the documents through the camera successfully.
