Description

1. Log in to VitaGist
2. Navigate to Audit Trails
3. Click on the Module dropdown
4. Observe the Activities dropdown

Expected:

Module dropdown should be populated with the correct modules

Activities dropdown should display the relevant activities based on the selected module

Actual:

Activities dropdown shows an empty list instead of the expected activities
