openTeam Members (Create): When creating a new team member, the email and confirm email validation are not working properly.

Description
Steps:-
1.Login with Lauditor
2.Go to the Team members module
3.Click on create member tab
4.Enter the mandatory fields
5.Enter the valid email id on the email field
6.Enter the invalid email on confirm email field
7.Click on save button
8.An warning pop-up will appear
9.click on ok button
10.Again enter the invalid email on confirm email field
11.Click on save button
12.The Team member creation was successful.
Pleaser refer the attachment
Expected: Email ID validation should always be implemented for both the email and confirm email fields.
