openSettings - Country affiliation - Once a country affiliation is used for adding, it should no longer be available in the list when adding a new country.

Description
1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on settings
3. Click on Country affiliation
4. Click on add button
5. Select Country
6. Select the country affiliation as Permanent Resident
7. Fill the mandatory fields and Click on save [Country is added successfully]
8. Try to add the another country affiliation by clicking on add button
9. Select new country
10. Open the Country affiliation drop down
Permanent Resident option should no longer be visible in the list. But currently, it is visible. [Please refer web]
