Settings - Secondary country Issue - Empty dropdown displayed in category field during edit in secondary country affiliation

Description

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on settings
3. Click on country affiliation
4. Select Secondary country
5. Click Edit details

Issue 1 : Field name 'Select Category' change to 'Select Country Affiliation' [Adding new country affiliation, field name needs to be updated]

Issue 2 : Select category drop down displays the empty list. It should display the appropriate list.

Issue 3 : dropdown button [relevant area] is not responsive when clicked directly. User has to click next to the selected item for the dropdown to function
