View matter [Legal / General] - Document [Upload - Edit ] : Unsaved Changes Popup Appears Without Any Edits in Document

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Go to the Matter tab from the menu.
3. Select the Legal / General Matter section.
4. Click on the View tab, choose a matter, and click on Action > View Details.
5. Navigate to the Document tab > Device/Drive.
6. Browse and select a document, then click Edit.
7. Without making any changes, click Close or Cancel.

Expected Result:
No popup should appear if no edits were made.

Note:
This issue occurs on View screens for Matter [Legal / General].
