Documents (Upload): The 'Choose Categories' and 'Choose Document Type' dropdown box arrows are responsive, but the entire dropdown should be made fully responsive.

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to the Documents module
3.Click on add Documents
4.There 'Choose Categories' and 'Choose Document Type'
5.The dropdown arrow only responsible
6.The entire dropdown should be responsive.
