openCreate Matter [Legal / General] - Client Page : Pre-filled details are appear for Group and Client Fields When Creating New Matter.

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to Lauditor using an SU (Super User) account.
2. Open the Menu and select Matter.
3. Navigate to the Legal or General Matter tab and click Create.
4. Create a matter by selecting a Client and Groups, then submit it.
* Example: Matter Name – "Custody civil case"
5. Select the newly created matter, click Action, and choose View Details.
6. Go to the Member tab, add a member, and click Save.
7. Click on the Menu and select Logout.
8. Log in to Lauditor using the Member account that was just added in the matter.
9. Open the Menu and select Matter.
10. Navigate to the Legal or General Matter tab and click Create.
11. Fill out the details on the Matter Info page and click Save.
12. Proceed to the Group/Client page.
Expected Result:
- The Group and Client dropdowns should be empty, allowing the member to select new values.
Actual Result:
- The dropdowns are pre-filled with details from the previously created matter, which should not happen for a new matter creation.
- This issue occurs in both Legal and General matters.
