Legal Market Place - Timeline Notes [Leads / Inquires] - Notes content should only the mandatory not notes title

Description
1. Login the Legal Market Place
2. Click on Leads module
3. Select the Lawyer or entity
4. Click on Actions
5. Click on view details
6. Click on timeline notes tab
7. Click on Add new notes
8. Add the notes content only not added title
9. Click on submit
Submit button is disabled. 'Title is required' error message appears. Title is not mandatory field.
User should be able to add the notes with content only not title.
Note : This issue is applicable for Timeline notes for Queries in the inquiry modules.

Disabled Submit Button Still Triggers Validation on Click
Steps:
1. Login the Legal Market Place
2. Click on Leads module
3. Select the Lawyer or entity
4. Click on Actions
5. Click on view details
6. Click on timeline notes tab
7. Click on Add new notes
8. Enter the text in description field then remove them
9. Click on submit
It triggers the valiation even though the button is in disabled status. It should not happen
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Assignee changed from Soundarya Vembaiyan to Neela Chinnappa
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
