Legal Marketplace – Leads – CSV Upload: When the upload the CSV files ,If the value entered in the Area(s) of Specialization field (e.g., "Homicide") is not available in the dropdown list, the system should automatically select "Others" as specialization.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Legal Marketplace.
2. Navigate to the Leads section.
3. Click the Add button.
4. Click Browse Files and upload a CSV file containing lead data.
5. In the CSV, enter a value in the Area(s) of Specialization field that is not part of the predefined dropdown options.

Expected Behavior:
When the upload the CSV files ,If the value entered in the Area(s) of Specialization field (e.g., "Homicide") is not available in the dropdown list, the system should automatically select "Others" as the specialization.
