Description :
When sharing documents through a generated link in Legal Marketplace without entering a description, the message column incorrectly displays the default text "Description added."

1. Open the generated link
2. Drag or drop the files
3.'Add message' field is left empty
4. Click on share documents
5. Login the Legal Market Place
6. Click on inquiry module
7. Select the query [generated link was shared before]
8. Click on Actions
9. Click on view documents
10. Check the Message column

Expected :
The message column should remain empty or display a relevant message indicating no description was provided.

Actual :
The message column displays the default text "Description added," even though no description was entered.
