LMP-Inquiry View: The query creation date and time are currently displayed in UTC, but they should reflect the local system time instead.

Description
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
- Create a new inquiry using the Consumer URL.
- Fill in all the required fields and submit the inquiry.
- Navigate to the Leads Inquiry view page.
- Observe the Created On timestamp for the newly added inquiry — the time displayed in UTC instead of local system time.
