Description

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

Create a new inquiry using the Consumer URL.
Fill in all the required fields and submit the inquiry.
Navigate to the Leads Inquiry view page.
Observe the Created On timestamp for the newly added inquiry — the time displayed in UTC instead of local system time.
