Message (Chat): The text message alert pop-ups are not appearing when a message is sent from another user.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with DG Counsel
2.Go to the Message module
3.Select the Team/Client Chat tab
4.Select the Members
5.Send the Message from another user through web or iOS
6.There is no pop-up message will appear.
7.First time only its shows the pop-up message

Notes:- If a message is sent from the web to iOS, the alert message appears as normal text. However, if a message is sent from iOS to iOS, the alert message contains some unwanted text.

In chat not have the notification set in server, currently set the notification in local it based on the device access. It will happen in corner case. In chat count update get some time reset the notification.
