Issue:
When selecting "Member" from the Category dropdown in the Audit Trails section, the related details are not being displayed below as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to DGC.

2. Click on Menu, then select Audit.
3. Choose the Category for Member.
4. The related details are not being displayed below as expected.

Expected Behavior:
Upon selecting Member from the category, all corresponding audit trail entries related to that selection should be shown below.

Actual Behavior:
Incorrect data is being displayed after selecting Member from the category.

Additionally, the initially entered text in the search bar should be cleared when switching tabs.
