Issue:
When searching by name in the Audit Trails search bar, the results below are not displayed correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to DGC.
2. Navigate to Menu > Audit Trails.
3. Enter a name in the search bar.
4. Observe the display of the search results below.

Expected Result:
Search results should display the matching names clearly and properly formatted.

Actual Result:
The text in the results section is not displayed properly.
