Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Click on the Menu and select Relationships.
3. Click on Add Relationships and then the External Counsels tab.
4. In the search bar, enter the firm name. Below the list, the firm names should appear.

It's working, may be on your testing name does't get from api. Normally without type the text list will appear in the bottom of the text filed based on the text it get sort.
