Department (Create): The duplicate department name alert text should replace 'Group' with 'Department'

Steps:-
1.Login with DG Counsel
2.Go to the Department modules
3.Click on Add departments
4.Enter the department name as existing name
5.Click on save button an alert will appear
6.In the alert text "Group" should change to "Department"
