Payment subscription is not applicable for DGC, and there is no restriction on the number of members that can be created within DGC.
1. Login the DG counsel
2. Click on Groups
3. Click on Add team members
Team member creation is blocked, an alert appears stating 'Your present subscription does not allow creation of more users'
