View Matter (Legal/General) - Document - Add Tag : Missing Hint Text and Disabled Save Button in Tag Section

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in as a Lauditor.
2. Open the Menu and select 'Matter.'
3. Click the 'Create' tab and choose either 'Legal' or 'General.'
4. Create a matter for corporate clients and submit it.
5. Navigate to the 'View' tab, select the newly created matter, and click the 'Action' button.
6. Select 'View Details,' then go to the 'Document' tab, followed by the 'Device' tab.
7. Click 'Browse' to select documents or photos from the library.
8. Click on the tags.

Issues:
  • The hint text is missing in both the 'Tag Type' and 'Tag' fields.
  • The limit count text is missing in the 'Tag Type' and 'Tag' fields.
  • The 'Save' button should remain disabled until tags are added.

Note: This issue occurs in both legal and general matters.
