openCreate Matter (Legal/General) - "Add" Button Should Be Disabled Until a Name Is Selected from the Dropdown

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Click on the menu and select "Matter."
3. Click on either the "Legal" or "General Matter" tab, then click on the “Create” tab.
4. Fill in the mandatory fields and click on Save.
5. In the Add Clients section, the "Add" button should remain disabled until a name is selected from the dropdown.
Note: This issue also applies to Client, Groups, Team Members, and Documents sections.
Note : This issue occurs both legal and general matters.
Note : This issue occurs for View Matter - view details - Client , TM and Document Tab.
Expected Behavior:- The "Add" button should remain disabled until a selection is made from the respective dropdown (Client, Groups, Team Members, Documents).

Still issue is not fixed,
Issues:
1.Create Matter - Client Section: the "Add" button should remain disabled until a name is selected from the dropdown For Corporate Clients Tab.
Additionally - In Client section: Select few clients and then removing the all clients , the "Add" button should remain disabled for Add Clients Tab.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to Lauditor.
- Click on the menu and select "Matter."
- Navigate to either the "Legal" or "General Matter" tab, then click on the "Create" tab.
- Fill in the mandatory fields and click Save.
- Select a client and group(s), then click the Add button.
- Remove the previously selected client and add a different client.
Issue: Even when no group is selected, the Add button remains enabled.
Expected Behavior: The Add button should be disabled if no group is selected.
Note : This issue occurs both legal and general matters.
